Bolton Capital, LLC was formed in November 2024 to solve a specific problem: bulk haulers need cash flow, but traditional financial services don't understand their business.
Our co-founder Andrew Lindsay spent 30+ years as a heavy civil contractor, hiring multiple hauling companies daily. He saw how paper-based ticketing created billing delays, disputes, and cash flow headaches. That's why he co-founded TruckIT to digitize the inefficient paper ticketing process.
Our co-founder Douglas Lindsay spent 30+ years transforming inefficient industries in financial services and accelerating cash flow in underserved markets. He understood the opportunity to pair TruckIT's verified ticket data with fast funding.
Together, they built Bolton Capital: invoice funding that actually works for bulk haulers, backed by the technology to verify every load.
